Happy 2026!
At the start of the past few years, I’ve created “how to” episodes for the start of the year. But to be honest, I often felt that those episodes just used the “How To” as an excuse for conversation about all sorts of things. And I also felt that I couldn’t really give a “How To” in any sort of real spiritual or self development way, since everyone is different. Your How To and mine are different.

As I approached the temptation to make another series of How-To for 2026, I realized that the episodes are my how to. In other words, when I want to sort something out, I go deep with it. Articulate it, notice it, and give it love and warmth; in the case of the show, through conversation.

This year, the How To I needed to explore – for myself, as well as for everyone else – was the How To Deal With Big Changes. The world is changing, so how do I change with it? What does it mean to change with it?

I figured there was no one better to talk about shifts with that mystic, money expert, and teacher PILAR LESKO, one of my favorite people to speak with. Aside from Pilar’s ability to move someone from one state to another in life, she’s also undergoing big change herself: she’s pregnant (so pregnant, in fact, that she may have had her baby by the time this episode hits your ears!). She’s in the process of big change, she’s living and breathing it, and not just for herself. So I suppose I have two guests on this episode!
